Process improvement is the only way for health systems to advance.
The healthcare industry is in crisis, struggling with skyrocketing costs, poor quality, nursing shortages and employee dissatisfaction. But these problems are merely symptoms of deeper issues inherent in the system. If you are responsible for tackling these problems and advancing healthcare systems, the Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference is for you.
The conference will feature best practices in quality, productivity and efficiency for healthcare industry decision makers and providers seeking ways to lower costs and increase service. For 23 years, as the Society for Health Systems Conference, this event has grown in size and importance. Don't miss an opportunity to learn from the best minds in process, and therefore performance, improvement in the healthcare industry.

Student Mentor
Student mentors at this year’s conference play an important role in helping to orient students to the conference environment, educate students on opportunities within SHS, and provide wise advice for their futures. As a mentor you are asked to contact your students before the conference, meet with them during the welcome reception as well as, breakfast and/or lunch during the conference. Depending on the number of mentors who sign up, you will have between two to four students to meet during the conference. Thank you in advance for your interest and participation.
