If your membership is up to date and you have logged in as a member but are having trouble accessing members-only areas, it could be the result of a cookie problem. IIE Web site users must have cookies enabled on their Web browser to access members-only areas of the site.
To enable cookies:
- If you are using Internet Explorer, please go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy and be sure that your privacy settings are set to medium or lower.
- If you are using Firefox, go to Tools/Options/Privacy/Cookies and check the box to allow cookies.
- AOL users may experience trouble using the default AOL browser. Try logging in by using another browser.
- If you are using personal firewall software, please make sure that your firewall settings are not blocking cookies.
Still having trouble? E-mail the Webmaster describing the problem and indicating which browser you are using (including the version number). Include the name of your Internet service provider.
