Course Content

This interactive course focuses on equipping you with the knowledge and skills to successfully manage change and establish a culture of continual improvement in your organization. During the three days of this course you will learn and apply the essential knowledge and techniques of effective organizational transformation and apply the knowledge and techniques. This seminar covers:

  • The phases and necessary elements for successfully transforming an organization
  • How to clearly articulate a shared need for continual improvement in your organization and present a vision of the desired outcomes
  • Establishing key measures to monitor, improve and reinforce your continual improvement results
  • Understanding your personal and organization's readiness as well as capacity for change with assessment tools applicable to your organization
  • Recognizing the various roles of change, individual and organizational
  • Evaluating resistance to change and strategies to overcome resistance
  • Applying an understanding of the types of decision-making, team utilization and dynamics in addition to your personal team style to expedite results and commitment
  • Recognizing and applying the critical "P" skills of successful organizational transformation management
  • Evaluating how you manage the demands of change to increase your personal transformation effectiveness
  • Applying a change management skills assessment tool to gauge your organization's change management abilities
  • Articulating and executing a prioritized action plan to institutionalize continual improvement in your organization and be a positive statistic of continual improvement
