Poster Competition

This year’s poster session will be a bit divergent from years past. Posters will be submitted and approved as usual, but at the conference all poster presenters will be given the opportunity to speak to their work during intersession periods/receptions. The posters will be divided between two different tracks: Applied and Research projects. After these facilitated sessions, judges and attendees will have the opportunity to speak with posters of interest to them. Judges will gather and discuss the projects accordingly and at the end of the proceedings, award a first and second place award to each track.

Volunteer Opportunities

Interested students: Volunteer your time in exchange for a discounted conference registration. The time can be prior to the conference (e.g., kit stuffing and/or setting up registration) or during the conference (e.g., registration, room hosts, etc.). There are a limited number of slots available, so this opportunity will be offered to volunteers on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like to review a list of volunteer opportunities for various events at the conference, please contact Bill Gibbs at bgibbs@iienet.org.
