Thank you for your interest in attending this Virtual Global Best Practices conference. From the confines of your office or home, you can access the insights of an elite group of international thought and industry leaders bringing you examples of successful improvement practices from world-class organizations.

How does a virtual conference work?

A virtual conference is like a daylong webinar ... easy to join and participate in from your desk! You need Internet access to view the slides and ask questions. And for the audio portion, you can either listen online or join by phone. The software we'll use is GoToWebinar®. Click here to visit the website and determine whether your computer meets all of the necessary specifications.

Once you have registered and closer to the event date, you will receive login instructions from GoToWebinar®.

If you can't make the entire program, especially for those of you west of the Eastern time zone, you'll be able to view the recordings a few weeks after the conference. We just need some time to get it all uploaded for you!

*If you are NOT an IIE student member, you can join now to save on conference registration fees and enjoy additional member benefits and savings immediately. Students who are non-members must submit a copy of their school schedule or a letter from their institution with their completed conference registration form. A copy of a student ID will not be accepted as proof of status.

Payment Information

Conference fees are due in full at registration in U.S. currency. Checks and money orders must be drawn on U.S. banks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received.

Cancellations and Substitutions

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (770) 263-8532 or mailed to IIE, 3577 Parkway Lane, Suite 200, Norcross, GA 30092.
  • Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event start date are assessed a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days of event start date are assessed a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received within 10 days of event start date are not subject to a refund of any fees.
  • Attendee substitutions may be made from the same company at any time and must be submitted in writing. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply for substitutions.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Upon request, IIE will award continuing education units (CEUs) to participants who attend the educational conference and complete the CEU request form. The Institute of Industrial Engineers has been reviewed and approved as a certified provider of continuing education programs by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. Full conference attendance is worth .6 CEUs.

Professional Development Hours (6 PDHs) are also available.
