Intro to IE in Healthcare

Overview:

Increasing requirements for cost control and operational efficiencies, decreasing reimbursements and the emergence of large health care systems are key factors in the health care industry’s  growing need for improving performance. This course will address the differences between traditional industry and health care from an industrial engineering perspective and equip you with the information and tools you need to be successful as an IE in health care.
