Participants in this seminar will learn to recognize design issues and will have hands-on practice redesigning a space to optimize space utilization.

What You Will Learn:

  • Arrange a facility for optimum performance
  • Develop techniques to get new cells up and running
  • Identify key issues and their integration with other production elements
  • Plan and design productive layouts
