*Officer Slate Form sent to RVP & HQ once per year whenever new officers are elected.

*April	30	Required	Submit ePostcard to the IRS. Submit financial report and bank statement to HQ and RVP. (U.S. Chapters Only) Note: Chapters whose funds are handled by the university (and do not have their own bank account) must annually submit a letter/email in lieu of the bank statement.
The starred(*) items (i.e. Officer Slate, Tax Filing, Bank Statement and ePostcard and UCAR must be submitted to qualify for any awards and must be submitted by the due date.
