IIE Enterprise Transformation Conference

The IIE’s first Enterprise Transformation Conference was held April 3-4 in Atlanta. The conference covered all key aspects of organization transformation from the time when leaders decide that transformation is necessary to its successful completion.

Conference speakers shared their personal insights into the purpose, pains and processes that they encountered in their organization’s journey through its transformation. Two note worthy presentations included: "8 Proven Exercises to Get Your Enterprise in Shape" by Dr. Altyn Clark of Transformation Systems Inc., and "Roadmap for Enterprise Transformation" by MIT Professor Deborah J. Nightingale which presented seven principles of enterprise transformation derived from their research with case examples and a roadmap to translate the principles to actions.
