QUALITATIVE FORECASTING. A type of forecasting aimed primarily at predicting long-term trends in technology and other important aspects the environment.
QUALITY. The totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs.
QUALITY CIRCLE (QC). A small group of employees who meet periodically to solve quality problems related to their jobs.

QUESTIONABLE PAYMENTS. An international social responsibility issue concerning business payments that raise significant ethical questions of right or wrong either in the host nation or in other nations.
